2025 EAGLE INSIDERS

We will have a "Fall Season Kick-off Call" closer to the beginning of school, but with the end of the school year approaching, we felt it would be easier to do get everyone started here.  Parents (and Players) are encouraged to join the appropriate GroupMe to communicate through the Summer season and into Fall (Players will have a GroupMe/Group Chat directly with the Coaches as well)

The MHS Flag Football Booster Club provides all financial support to the team (meals, gear, tournament fees, etc.) Once selected for a team, Dues of $850 (Returning players) or $925 (New players - to cover backpack) can be paid via:

• Check to MHS Flag Football (Mail or drop off to 490 Hembree Grove Overlook, Roswell, GA 30076). 

• Cash, email mhsflagfootball@gmail.com.

• Or pay online using the appropriate green payment link (Note, 3.7% convenience fee for online payments) .

Dues Payment covers: 

• $350 Sponsorship Deposit (Once Sponsorship is paid, we will refund this money)

• $300 Program Fees

• $150 Player Pack (Sweatshirt, Sweatpants, Dri-fit Shirt, and Uniform Shorts)

• $50 Guardian Loop Protective Headgear - New for all players in 2025

• $75 for New Players Backpack

Fulton County charges an OSP Fee for all participants in Fulton County Extracurricular Activities.  This must be paid online using the FCS OSP Portal and must be paid in full before the student can participate in any activities for the team. LINK NOW LIVE!!!

This year we are planning a Raffle as our Major Fundraiser.  Each player will have 20 tickets ($20 each).  We are finalizing the details and should have these ready shortly to give you more time to sell.  The Raffle will be held at one of the JV/Varsity Home Games this Fall Season

To keep the costs down, all players are required to bring in at least one Sponsorship of $350 or more.  Once you have brought in your sponsorship worth $350 or more, $350 of your dues will be refunded to you via Check or Zelle (Note: Sponsor must complete the online form AND make payment).  If a player does not secure a sponsorship, the Booster club will retain all dues paid.

All Sponsorships must be finalized and payment received by 9/5 for 2025 Fall Season

All Player Families are required to fill a minimum of 3 volunteer shifts each season.  There are plenty of opportunities to volunteer.  Slots are added throughout the season too.

Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram.  We also really need everyone sharing the posts to their friends.  We have one now for the Under the Lights Summer Camp June 23-26.  This is one of our major fundraisers every year.

To try out, every athlete had to be deemed Eligible per GHSA.  However, it is possible, depending on when you completed your forms and physical, that your Eligibility Status could change due to expired Forms or Physical.  We recommend reviewing your expiration dates and preparing to update the expiring items to prevent loss of GHSA Eligibility during the season.  To do so, Click on the RankOne link > Parents > Online Forms > Georgia > Fulton > Read instructions and submit all required forms.  This will require uploading of all 4 pages of a Pre-Participation Evaluation Form (Sports Physical) from the player's doctor within the last 365 days.
